Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Australia. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days (flat rate $9.99)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (flat rate $13.99)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, public holidays, and courier delays.
Free Local Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping and collect your order instead? We offer free local pickup from Scarborough, 4020 QLD.
To arrange a pickup time that works for you, simply email us at hello@mayaskin.com.au after placing your order. We'll confirm the address and schedule a time that suits.
International Shipping

Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is out of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please check the tracking details and reach out to Australia Post first. If you need further assistance, contact us at hello@mayaskin.com.au or via our contact page.
Returns Policy
At Maya Skin, we want you to love your skincare products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at hello@mayaskin.com.au with your order details so we can resolve any issues.
If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or store credit, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@mayaskin.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
We take great care in selecting gentle, skin-loving ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for personal reactions. We strongly recommend reviewing product ingredients before purchasing. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out for guidance.
If a return is required, we recommend adding tracking and insurance, as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit.
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
